Pricing questions answered
An active user is anyone who submits at least one question via the Knowharbor web app or Slack bot in a given billing month. Users who only read shared answers or browse the interface do not count toward your active user limit.
A connected source is one integration — for example, one Confluence workspace, one Jira project group, or one Google Drive. If you connect both Confluence and Google Drive, that counts as two connected sources.
Billing is monthly or annual by credit card. Annual plans are charged upfront for the full year at a 20% discount. We send an invoice or receipt to your billing email. You can update payment details or cancel from your account settings.
Yes. The Starter plan lets you connect up to 2 sources. You can start with just Confluence today and add Jira or Google Drive later — or upgrade to Growth or Scale when your team expands.

When you cancel, Knowharbor stops indexing your sources and all indexed content is deleted within 30 days. Your source systems are unaffected — we never modify or delete anything in your Confluence, Jira, or other connected tools.
